TAIPEI- DAY 3.
Breakfast/lunch. Yum!
Songshan Airport. It's tiny. By the way if you're wondering, Taipei's international Airport's called 'Taoyuan International Airport'. Many tourist get mixed up and confuse not only themselves, but the taxi drivers as well.
A hot cup of Starbucks a day, keeps the cold away! :D
Lush cosmetics! Damn excited when i saw that they had Lush counters over here. Got my hands on the 'Honey i wash the kids' soap! Smells sooooooo goooood, i feel like taking a bite! Its handmade, therefore a lil bit pricy. I paid about SGD$15 for a bar of soap. -.-! Here's the link. You guys can check it out! They have 'bath bombs' that are super colorful and glittery!

Old school jukebox.
We had our dinner at this lil cosy Coke restaurant near our hotel.
Why don't they have glass bottles instead of cans in Singapore?
TAIPEI- DAY 4.
Lunch.
Sleepy head.
Slurpppppp.
One of the best chocolate cake everrrr!
On our way to the Maokong Gondola.
You can pay for your Gondola ride via their 'ez-link' card. How cool.
Up, up and away!
For someone who's afraid of heights like me, i shouldn't even be on it. Lol.
Trying to stay calm for a picture while the cable car sways from left to right. :/
And we made it to the top!
Trying out their 'Chou toufu'. Smells like the rubbish bin!
At the tea plantation area.
Sipping tea.
Pretty in pink.
On our way down the mountain. Spent half the day up there having tea and relaxing. Most of the time was spent on queueing up for the Gondola.
Some night market. Forgot which one was it.
Was too busy shopping, therefore the lack of pictures for the day. Haha.
"Ah Mao" the Golden Retriever!
He's huge!
And this is his cafe.
He's literally in the cafe the whole day. What a hardworking dog. LOL.
TAIPEI- DAY 5.
The famous 'Ah Zhong' Meesua at Ximending. Shiok beyond words! It's always packed and there are no tables provided, except for stools. So eat and go! Besides, it's soooo cheap! NT$45 (SGD$1.70) for the small bowl, which is the one in the picture above and NT$60 (SGD$2.50) for the bigger bowl.
The world of curry. Boyfee's fav and we had time to kill before heading to the airport, so we had lunch here.
We had more time to kill, so we chilled at Starbucks for an hour before heading back to the hotel, grab our bags and head to the airport.
The coastal area which was supposedly the area that would be hit by the Tsunami coming from Japan.
Hello Kitty!
Too cute, i couldn't resist and had to pose for a picture. LOL.
Waiting to board.
Hi baby, why do you like to read newspaper. They dirty your hands.
"Dirty bit! Dudududududududududu".
Finally willing to take a picture with me huh ah boy!
Kris shop! Ya la, even on board the airplane also must shop.
Bf: "Stop wasting money la".
Me: *Roll eyes*
So that pretty much sums up my trip! Now, i'm looking forward to another one. Hehe, maybe end of this year? Can't wait for the boyfriend to be back this Sunday. He's got me some goodies from US! *inserts evil grin here* Victoria Secrets, Bath & Body Works!!!!!
*PS: If you guys are intending to head to Taipei, spend no more then 5 days there unless you've intentions to visit the hotsprings, go sight seeing or hiking. Within 4 days, you'll be able to cover 90% of all the popular tourist attractions and shopping districts. Travel by trains and buses, it's not worth cabbing around. The only time you should get a cab is when you're heading to the airport on your last day because it's about a 40-50 min drive, depending on traffic. And they'll charge a flat rate of NT$1100. Get your hotel to do a booking for you, else you might get cheated by the cab drivers when you flag one down on the streets. I think i'm an expert now. Haha! (:
